The large main living area lounge and dining room entered through a carved front door are styled with African furniture and has a TV and full music system. Sit next to the indoor barbecue sipping a glass or three of South African wine gazing over the incomparable panoramic views – the beaches and ocean of St Francis Bay. Enjoy the schools of dolphins playing in the surf or the migrating whales and their calves Sep-Dec and, in the evenings, the glistening crescents of bobbing lights from the calamari fishing boats illuminated like a tiny floating village. 

At the rear of the house is a small contained back garden where there is a bar, table and stools. In the evening, as the sun sets behind the mountains this is the ideal spot to be, sheltered from the sea breezes. It’s a five minute stroll to the beach and a five minute car journey to the local shopping area, where there are supermarkets, a liquor store, surf shops and petrol station.
