Jeffrey’s Bay: South Africa’s world renowned surfing mecca also offers sand boarding, wind surfing, kite surfing, whale watching, hiking in three Nature Reserves, gym, bowls, golf, tennis, deep sea fishing, horse riding, diving and much, much more. We were AA finalist in 1998 and 1999. We have been awarded three stars grading by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa. It is both a pleasure and our privilege to share our home with guests from all over the world and you will feel welcome and quite at home with us. Our family run home offers warm hospitality, comfortable accommodation and a relaxed atmosphere. We are location close to the beach and most major tourist attractions. It is situated in a quiet residential area. All units are tastefully decorated, en-suite and private, ideal for both business and leisure, secure off street parking available and a garage. A full breakfast, continental breakfast is served in the guest dining room. A home cooked meal is available in the evening on request as an optional extra. We have a high standard of cleanliness and the rooms are serviced daily. Laundry, free e-mail facilities available. Credit card facility is available. You arrive as guests and leave as friends. Enjoy a walk on the beach which is only 500 meters away. There is so much to see in Jeffreys Bay and surrounding areas to keep you entertained. A1 Kynaston is approximately 3.8 km from the town centre off the main road which is dagama, it runs parallel to our coastline. We are 500 meter walk to Albatross beach where dolphins are seen almost on a daily basis, whales from June, July August and maybe September. Our beach is for the nature lovers, as we have rock pools to the right and kilometers of golden beach, to the left is the lagoon abundance of bird life within a 800 meters walk.

Van Nougat tot nou is Jak de Priester se 10 jaar anniversary konsert. Hy vier dit met ‘n beeldskone produksie wat die journey van hierdie liedjieskrywer vasvang. Sally Williams Nougat, Binnelanders, Groen Mamba en soveel nuwe songs en ondervindinge wat die lewe in Suid-Afrika omsit in musiek. 10 Jaar later… dit is sý show om te sien!

Om 10 jaar in die bedryf te oorleef is ‘n mylpaal wat gevier moet word met niks minder as ‘n beeldskone konsert wat die journey van hierdie liedjieskrywer vasvang nie. Sally Williams Nougat was die eerste lied wat tot die harte van Suid-Afrikaners gespreek het, daarna was sy stem vir 5 jaar in die huise met Binnelanders en toe was dit die satire van Groen Mamba wat die volk gegryp het. Vandag 10 jaar later… Soveel nuwe songs, soveel ondervindinge wat die lewe in Suid-Afrika omsit in musiek. As jy Jak de Priester in sy 10-jaar loopbaan nog nooit ‘live’ sien optree het nie, is hierdie die show om te sien.

With 2 powerful voices, passion, a piano, 2 guitars, a stomp box & a telephone, they ensure a fun and sexy show for all blues & country lovers to enjoy.

Gerald Clark and Luna Paige have been wowing audiences over the last decade! With powerful voices and a tremendous passion for what they do, they have managed to obtain loyal followers wherever they perform.

This show has been hosted by popular music venues and theatres across the Western Cape. These are venues such as Die Boer in Durbanville, Dorpstreet Theatre in Stellenbosch, The Cottage Club in Fish Hoek, Warwick Wine Estate, The Melting Pot in Muizenberg and many more.

Luna Paige is known for her sultry voice, powerful story telling lyrics and beautiful compositions. Her performance varies with blues, jazz, country, pop, rock and reggae infused tunes. She accompanies herself on piano and acoustic guitar and has performed with some of SA’s best session musicians. With 3 album releases behind her, she has an array of songs that have been play listed on numerous radio stations, have been aired on television programs such as Going Nowhere Slowly, MK and have landed features on glossy programs such as Pasella, Artcha, The Power Within and more.

Luna and Gerald

Gerald Clark is without a doubt one of SA’s top blues singers. With regular gigs all over SA and invitations to most of SA’s blues festivals, he is known for his foot-stomping renditions of classic blues tunes, the composition of amazing original blues songs and captivating audiences with his sexy and fun performances. He gained most of his experience as front man of the popular blues band Delta Blue and has been performing as solo artist for the last couple of years. This journey has ensured exciting collaboration with artists such as Albert Frost and many more.

Being friends for many years, Luna and Gerald decided to put together a show- singing the blues and country. They will be performing their own original songs as well as doing their own interpretations of famous country and blues tunes and duets such as “Jackson” (Johnny Cash and June Carter), “Don’t mess up a good thing” (Ry Cooder) and much more. They will also be performing song “Right kind of Love”, a duet, composed and released by Luna Paige as part of her 3rd album (Wonderful life) release in November 2009.

Vocalist, entertainer, songwriter, producer, lyricist, poet and 2002 Pop Idols runner-up Brandon October is one of the most sought after singers in South Africa. Nicknamed ‘the voice’ by those who work with him, he has a vocal range that spans nearly 4 octaves. He is in popular demand as performer, Master of Ceremonies, celebrity guest and motivational speaker, with top corporate clients including Sasol, The Edcon Group, Shoprite Holdings, Eskom and many others.
Born in Cape Town, Brandon was surrounded by a family of singers and it was inevitable that music would become a part of his life. He cites diverse musical influences ranging from the smooth sounds of 50s star Johnny Mathis and the raunchy rock vocals of Freddie Mercury, to Opera and Classical music. He has released three solo studio albums (one of which went Gold) and has appeared on numerous albums performing duets or solos. Ms Raven’s first love is the Blues…but truly soulful song-writing requires a palette more varied to cover the Artistes emotional spectrum….Kwela.Folk.Funk.Kathy believes these genres were created to tell a story and she does that with feeling and style.

From a musical family, Kathy’s dad Crow Raven (aka Bill Grant, Decca recording artist and smooth crooner from the sixties) had her singing for people from the age of four!

Kathy has performed locally with (amongst others)..Blondie & Pappa Makhene, Louis Mhlanga, Anton Goosen, Dan Patlansky, Jennifer Ferguson, Tim Parr (Ellamental)..in Studio and live, and also supported Crosby Stills and Nash and Shawn Phillips on their SA tours.

Ms Raven’s passion is to bring the Blues home to Africa and for the last three years she has been travelling and performing at festivals and clubs around the USA, learning more about the origins of the blues by collaborating with American artistes, then coming home and work-shopping with Southern African musicians in Swaziland, Mozambique and South Africa, creating a uniquely African Blues feel…it will move you, groove you and bring a tear to your eye

At home in Jozi Kathy performs solo or with her band The Tech Ryders, featuring the talented Graeme Sacks, Pete Sklair and Brett Collings.
She has been involved in many recording projects and has recorded two solo CDs, Loveseed and Poetry Lounge (sponsored and sold by Poetry Stores nationwide) which sold like hotcakes, and a new exciting project is in the baking….as they say in the classics..watch this space!!!
